Mario Sikora is an internationally known expert in the practical applications of the Enneagram. He has created a simple, clear, and powerful approach to the system that is as applicable in the corporate boardroom as it is in your personal self-development work. In addition to his work with leaders, Mario and the team at Awareness to Action International have trained coaches, consultants, HR/OD professionals, and other advisors from around the world on how to apply the Enneagram in a grounded, robust, and accessible way. A former president of the board of directors of the International Enneagram Association, Mario is the author or coauthor of five books on the Enneagram, leadership, and clear-thinking skills. He lives in suburban Philadelphia with his wife and four sons.
